Forms for Overnight Camps

These forms are for our Overnight Camp Pinecrest sessions

There are two waivers to follow, both for Overnight Camp Pinecrest.
The first form listed is for the actual camp we are at, called “Camp Sylvester.”
The other waiver is for the horseback riding, “Aspen Meadows.” If you do not fill out this waiver your child will not participate in horseback riding.

When completed, log in to your Campbrain account. Under “View my submitted applications,” click View Details under “Summer Overnight Camps 2024.” From there, you can scroll down and see the Upload Documents section for each document. Upload, and then you’re all set!
